It is likely that I will forget that I am on the panel and ask Taimi a lot of questions!
I have held space for 1000’s of stories in my time as a clinician, heard a lot of lived experience stories done well but also a lot of sharing publicly that needed more awareness of the psychological impact.
Looking forward to hearing from Taimi Allan, Mental Health Commissioner for South Australia about what we all need to consider as facilitators, performers, podcasters, speakers and content creators. Mental Health and lived experience stories are certainly needed to break down barriers, educate, and normalise experiences, but how do we do that safely?
