In this fun, high-energy, interactive keynote Bel helps audiences recognise the subtle (and not so subtle) signs that someone is not ok. Flipping “Are you ok?” on its head participants will explore how to prepare themselves to ask valuable questions, provide practical support and explore ways to create a genuine culture of positive workplace wellbeing.
