Something that is often unspoken has been coming up a lot in sessions lately.
Ever feel like you’re talking to yourself at your desk, you need another opinion to make a decision or you are high-fiving thin air after a big win?
You’re expected to have all the answers, lead the way, be across the operations and let’s be honest, it can be really lonely. It’s not just about *getting through the day*— leaders need support too.
This highlights the most valuable parts of our mental health and wellbeing program that we are running in partnership with the office of small and family business (plus the individual reflection that I have been doing with leaders).
Its spending time on you, normalising experiences, having real conversations, connecting to others, getting new perspectives and most importantly improving mental health and wellbeing by being less isolated.
Connection with others that ‘get it’ isn’t just nice to have—it’s a must for a healthy work-life. The pressure to “keep it together” while running a business or leading a team can seriously impact your wellbeing, so if you are a sole trader, or have a team of 20, this is your invitation to join us in the following sessions for small and family businesses
*if you are not a small or family business and need support please message me about working together to help you navigate life, career and play
