To walk on the turf at Adelaide Oval was pretty amazing but what unfolded during the day on Sunday was an absolute masterclass in acknowledging and appreciating your team.
The GROW conference for Adelaide Oval casual staff had it all and its hard to capture – a powerful welcome to country, seeing the executive team as real people, interactive engaging training, the most incredible prizes, an electric vibe with DJ (i will take Dua Lupa as my entrance song) and Jarrod Walsh brilliance guiding the day, inspirational stories, great people like Monique Richardson, oh and a bit of art therapy to look at wellbeing.
I am still unpacking this day as it was truly world class and a shining example of workplace wellbeing on every level.
