There was a moment where it was really important to find the right thing and the discussion about what to chose highlighted its significance.
It has been a big year for this team and to spend some time with the leadership team in the studio was a powerful way to do a quarterly meeting and check in.
They have had lots of change and its been full on trying to cover everything
There has been a lot of having to support staff with life and they have their own personal things happening
They are needing to be across a number of areas and have their own workload too
There are so many opportunities that are exciting and want to make them happen
the list goes on.

Highlighted the next steps
Spend time on their needs too and shared their appreciation for one another.
And the thing that they chose to be the centre with a light house – a crown for their office manager – the person that helps them lead, connect, deliver and do the transformational work that they do. How good is that, a very important acknowledgement!
Sometimes it feels like there is not time to take time out to look at how things are travelling. This experience was about the shared space, celebrating their leadership, bringing new perspectives and highlighting the direction and focus for the future.
