What if I make a mistake or get it wrong?
This is awkward.
I don’t know how to do it.
I don’t want to be ‘rude’
I feel stupid.
All very valid points made during our session on Friday – this wasn’t just about the activity we were doing.
Experiential learning mirrors life, brings awareness and is a safe place to replicate (and problem solve) the fears, hesitations, connections and skills that happen outside that room.
Thanks to Hew Parham for sharing some activities that highlight our attachment to outcomes and needing to get things right. Something to move through and be aware to celebrate making mistakes and being human.
