This ‘mistake’ was a moment of surprise and highlighted how creative inquiry informs in the most interesting of ways.
I was completing this part of a planning process and went to move the folded out book to realise that there was two blank pages hiding.
A few initial thoughts went through my mind
How did I miss this? does it matter? what an unexpected surprise!
What do I do with this part, does it fit with the other part of the picture? How does it belong here?
Is there a part waiting to be written or something that needs to be kept in a different space ?
Its trusting the process and the unknown will be known at the right time.
It felt intriguing that the blank pages appeared and the exact meaning doesn’t have to be fully known right now.
This moment reminded me of how this way of working goes beyond words, gives insight through action and continues to surprise, connect, express and open pathways.
The importance of spending time to reflect, connect and exploring with curiousity are key to this experiential learning.
