It is rare that i get to participate like this and you know you are in the right room when you pull out the art supplies and it’s embraced.
There are great things to come from Mary Freer and their micro solidarity Compassion Revolution space and a lot things stood out to me on this brilliant day on Tuesday
– We are craving the space to reflect and connect. There is something very nourishing about the genuine stories and sharing that happens around a table.
– Experiential learning is where it’s at – to ponder, wonder, step into and feel, play, explore and consider embodies learning and helps us step forward
– coming back to self is the key to leaning into life
– symbolism and metaphor take us to places of understanding, depth and exploring that is safe
– trusting the process, the inner knowing and the idea that we dont have all the answers right now but it will come is powerful
– being held in a safe space with like minded people is great for your being and the collective builds something incredible that cannot be done alone
What an absolute privilege to be part of this community. Please keep an eye out for Mary’s work as further marinating, play, wondering amd development is happening in February as part of a Rockafeller fellowship. I can’t wait to see what emerges from here.
