This picture captures a moment where the construction wasn’t going to plan and it needed some work.
During a team reflection session last week, this group built a bridge to represent the relationship between their service and clients but the pipecleaners weren’t holding it up.
After a bit of trial and error they decided to start again this time with solid foundations and different materials to reinforce its strength.
We commented on the fact that its okay to pull things apart and recreate them in life rather than trying to push through with a wonky bridge!
I love how the process unfolding can open so many conversations, bring insights and look at the steps moving forward.
Just like the rockets, towers, gardens, tardis huts, buildings along with the bridge did on this day.
